• Washington Street – Two- Family; A badly fire damaged structure was salvaged thru the efforts of a local affordable housing group on which Ken participates. The restored two-family residence is now a permanent part of the local affordable housing stock .
• Maplewood Condominiums - Gloucester; A proposed 8 unit affordable housing project consisting of four duplexes, designed to match the scale of surrounding homes & neighborhood, and utilized modular construction for cost efficiency .
