A small Victorian Gothic cottage was
thoroughly renovated and expanded to include an eat-in kitchen, pantry,
office/bedroom, covered rear entry, and a second floor bathroom. Upon
completion in 1992, the project received the coveted Mary Conley Preservation
Award from the Ipswich Historic Commission.
