• This residence was updated and enlarged for a growing family. The renovation also solved a major circulation problem in the house, eliminating the former diagonal path through the family room and providing convenient access to a new mudroom.

• By borrowing some unused space from the garage the circulation into the house is now redirected via a hallway that also serves as a family photo gallery. The hallway leads to a new mudroom with built-in storage cubbies and bench, as well as a doorway to the back yard and patio.
• The newly renovated and enlarged kitchen with spacious center island.
• The kitchen opens to the new sunroom addition used for every day dining and relaxing around the wood stove in the large window seat.
• A partial second story addition above the sunroom gives added space for a new master bedroom suite. A comfortable window seat/day bed is tucked into a nook along one side of the sunroom. The former master bedroom and bath are customized for the needs of the growing girls..
• The dining and seating areas in the new sunroom overlook the yard through large picture windows.
