A new year-round residence was created on the same footprint as the original beloved family summer home in the style of the former Victorian cottage. Unique and sentimental elements were reused in the new construction. The new house enables the owners to entertain in an updated and improved space while preserving the memories and character of the original home for themselves and future generations of their family.
