• Leo’s Super Bowl – Addition & Renovation
  The primary aim of metal buildings is utilitarian, serving to economically enclose space, often for industrial, storage, or commercial uses. When appropriate and with some attention to design, they become more than bland utilitarian boxes. The new addition in this project tripled the size of the previous facility with a new entryway, large arcade, function rooms, and attached restaurant.
• Andover Health Care
  A two phased expansion of a manufacturing facility totaling over 30,000 square feet.
• Ipswich Fire Station Addition
  This detachable drive through truck bay had minimal impact to the existing brick firehouse and can be easily disassembled and reused elsewhere .
• Manchester Athletic Club
  Building expansion to enclose 2 additional tennis courts.
• Barn Style Storage Building
  A gabled roof steel framed building clad in shingles for a barn like appearance .
• Cape Ann Animal Aid Shelter
  This proposed 2-story 7,500 square foot building will house state of the art facilities for animal care and administration.
• AES – Addition and Renovation
  A mixed-use 2-story addition provides a new corporate entry and offices for an electronics manufacturer on the lower level with 3 rental commercial bays above with direct access from the upper grade.
• Constar Office Building
  A new 7,000 square foot office building with distinctive curved metal paved soffit and expandable end walls to accommodate future growth.
